Refund & Exchange Policy

At Jesus And Me Clothing, we are grateful for your support and strive to deliver each order with care and excellence.

Because our items are made and fulfilled with intention, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged.

If your order is received with damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. To request an exchange, kindly include your order number along with clear photos or a video showing the damage.

Requests submitted after 7 days from the delivery date cannot be accepted.

If your claim is approved, we will gladly provide an exchange for the same item, subject to availability. Refunds are not issued.
